My father started our business in 1964, and my brother took over the operations from my father in 1993. Due to my brother’s untimely death in 2001, my sister Susan and I were thrust into the leadership role – which was unfamiliar.

Looking back (things have really changed since we started working with John), I wasn’t leading – I was maintaining. We began working with John in September, 2003 and have really enjoyed it.

I am becoming a better leader, I am learning marketing strategies, we have expanded our sales department, and are tracking our key performance indicators so that we can make better decisions.
